Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for shuttle booking services. By confirming a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Customer Cancellations
Free Cancellation:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Late Cancellation:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Show:
If the passenger does not show up at the pickup location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Service Provider Cancellations
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, severe weather), customers will receive:
– Full refund, OR
– Free rescheduling, subject to availability.

4. Refund Process
– Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
– Transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Changes to Booking
Rescheduling:
Requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Special Conditions
– Group bookings or custom routes may have different cancellation terms, communicated at the time of booking.
– Promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
